Medalogic enhances home care worker productivity and facilitates medication management in the home. The app uses the phones camera to capture images of a patients medications to create a Digital Brown Bag. These medications can be reconciled and analytics can be performed that identify and score risks allowing a simple assessment of overall medication risk. Clinical images can also be captured for storage and sent for consultation. Field documents and notes can also be imaged, organized, and stored for review. All images are sent to a secure cloud storage location for centralized access. All data is password protected and encrypted. Each clinician from a single institution can manage their patients separately. A time stamping feature allows tracking of time spent by the clinician in the patients home.
